Features of Taiyo Yuden CD-R’s include improved recordability, better performance with older CD players, and improved surface strength by Data Guard T protective coating. They have also enhanced the recording and playback margin, as well as improving wobble and ATIP signal quality for all recorders. These CD-R’s only allow a minimum jitter for all types of compact disc players and are compatible with writing speeds: 1x, 2x, 4x, 6x, 8x, 12x
16x, 24x, 32x, 48x or 52x.
Microboards recommends using Taiyo Yuden CDR's with all their CDR duplicating equipment.
Please note these are NOT suitable for recording in consumer digital audio recorders such as Phillips, Pioneer, Harmon Kardon, etc.
